  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Once your order is processed, it is handed over to our fulfillment team for shipping.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak holiday periods.

Important Notes

  • All orders are shipped with tracking.

  • Delivery times begin once the package has been dispatched.

📦 Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after dispatch.

💡 Holiday Season Note

Due to high seasonal demand for custom Memory Orbs, shipping carriers may experience occasional delays.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure Christmas delivery.

❗ Address Changes

If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.

❗ Lost or Stolen Packages

Everlume™ is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as delivered but not received

  • Incorrect addresses provided at checkout

However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
