💡 Holiday Season Note
Due to high seasonal demand for custom Memory Orbs, shipping carriers may experience occasional delays.
We recommend placing orders early to ensure Christmas delivery.
❗ Address Changes
If you entered the wrong shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.
Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee address changes.
❗ Lost or Stolen Packages
Everlume™ is not responsible for:

Incorrect addresses provided at checkout
However, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
